This Pinot Grigio is carefully handpicked in March from a single site cool climate vineyard in Balhannah called Manyara. The nose displays subtle white floral flavours and spiced pear. The palate also displays apple and hints of poached pear with spice on the back palate complemented by a lovely textural finish.
