We do not accept returns or refunds of purchased good.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or mislabeled. Exchange items will not be delivered until the exchange goods have been collected or returned to us. Once your Exchanged items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and will provide you with a delivery date for Exchanged items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be considered if an exchange item is not available or if delivery of your purchase was not made. Our delivery service requires a signature of the recipient. Once this signature is obtained goods are considered delivered.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a bank transfer will be made to the account you nominate within three working days of the approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you elect not to use our collection service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ฿3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
