This reddish, 12-year-old amber rum is stately, elegant, and semi-sweet. It’s delicious neat, on the rocks or with a splash of water or soda. Rated 90-95 and highly recommended by Wine Enthusiast in 2004, the winner of 13 International Awards, the Flor de Caña Centenario 12 is making history with its excellent elaboration.
Palate: Stately and semisweet; nougat, almond butter, molasses, and sherry abound. Finishes with a peppery spice, dark caramel, and charred oak fade.
