Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition captures the true character of Islay from grain to glass. Every stage of production—barley growing, traditional floor malting, distilling, maturation, and bottling—is carried out on-site at the Kilchoman Distillery on Rockside Farm.

Distilled from the 2013 and 2014 barley harvests, this release has matured for a minimum of nine years in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, selected by Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills.

With a cask ratio of 9:1 bourbon to sherry, this edition offers layered complexity while maintaining the soft peat smoke and citrus profile that defines the 100% Islay range.

• Nose:Campfire smoke, preserved lemon, orange peel, and tropical sweetness.
• Palate: Creamy caramelised sugars, vanilla, lemon, pineapple sweetness, fresh ginger, and oak smoke.
