La Maison Fontaine® Verte, a newly crafted close relative to the Fontaine Blanche, is our take on the green fairy – la fee verte. The Pontarlier-grown Grande Absinthe in combination with the natural herbal coloration creates a classic complex floral Verte with rich herbal & peppery notes. By adding chilled water to Fontaine Verte, a stimulating and refreshing drink is created with a vintage green louche. Some prefer a more intense flavor and sip it neat or pour it over ice. Fontaine Verte is also a wonderfully versatile spirit that can be mixed into an array of sublime cocktails. We call this The Art of Imagination.
